Royal Canin Veterinary Diet – Renal Select Feline is a dry food which has been formulated to aid renal function in cats suffering with chronic kidney disease. It is also suitable if your cat has temporary renal insufficiency. Older cats often suffer with kidney disease. There are many reasons for this and it is not always easy to diagnose renal disease at an early stage. If your pet has been diagnosed with kidney insufficiency it is a good idea to feed it with dietary food on a permanent basis as this helps to reduce progressive damage to the kidneys.
